Taco fans, rejoice! Twin Cities Daily Planet reports that a brick-and-mortar Taqueria El Primo is scheduled to open today at 3909 Minnehaha Avenue. They got the news from the El Primo taco truck, which is parked at the corner of Lake Street and Nicollet Avenue (on the west side of the Kmart parking lot) every evening except Tuesdays.
