City Pages has the rundown on some changes that are afoot at Tilia, including a new chef de cuisine—David Dahmes—and some additions to the menu, including coconut brioche French toast at brunch and American cassoulet at dinner. Tilia's previous chef de cuisine, Sam Miller, is now at Fika, along with fellow Tilia alum Michael Fitzgerald. Co-owner Steven Brown remains the restaurant's executive culinary director. [City Pages]
