Union to Open Downtown on Monday; Marquee Bar to Open Tonight

Union—the new downtown restaurant from the Crave empire—is set to have its public grand opening on Monday. But meanwhile, the sneak peeks are already pouring in. And, according to Stephanie March at Mpls.St.Paul.Magazine, the basement-level bar Marquee will actually quietly open tonight. March also points to a stand-out on Jim Christiansen's menu: bacon-shallot donuts dusted with vinegar powder.
