Umami by Travail Now Has a Pop-Up Website

Umami, the Travail pop-up in North Minneapolis, has launched a pop-up website (get it?). It's pretty sparsely populated, but it does explain what umami is, give info on the takeout menu, and also explains what to do if you have food allergies. Vegetarians and gluten-free folks are pretty much out of luck, however; according to the website, "...it might be more difficult for vegetarians and those who don't eat pork or gluten."

The website also announces new batches of tickets for Umami (as does the Travail newsletter). The latest chunk of tickets—for October 9-12—were just released ten minutes ago (at 2 p.m.), and it looks like there are still some tickets left on all dates, with more availability on Wednesday and Thursday nights and also more availability on the early and later side.
