In the latest development of the slowly ongoing feud between some downtown skyway restaurants and downtown food trucks, yesterday's Star Tribune included a pro-food truck op-ed, looking at the skyway restaurants' suggestions for increased regulation of food trucks. Written by John Levy—who is a co-owner of food truck AZ Canteen and the founder/president of the MN Food Truck Association—and Katelynn McBride—an attorney at the Institute for Justice, the op-ed goes through each suggestion and explains why Levy and McBride find it unreasonable.
