Since opening at the beginning of this year, the North Loop's Parlour has become a go-to destination for top-notch cocktails. Helmed by bartender Jesse Held, the bar is located in the basement level of its restaurant half, Borough, which provides the bar's limited food options (including its already famous burger). Even though it's basement level, there's plenty of natural light streaming in, plus lots of subtle industrial touches.
Photographer Katie Cannon stopped by last Friday evening to capture the after-work scene, complete with lots of shots of Parlour's bartenders shaking and stirring up those killer cocktails. Take a look.
