The Rabbit Hole Opens Today, Bringing Korean Street Food to MPLS

After a successful Kickstarter campaign, the hotly-anticipated restaurant The Rabbit Hole will have its soft opening today at 5 p.m. The restaurant is the second space from The Left-Handed Cook's Thomas Kim and Kat Melgaard; while both spaces are housed in Midtown Global Market, the Rabbit Hole is a fully enclosed restaurant. The menu isn't available yet online, but expect eats that draw on Korean pojangmachas (street food tents), like crispy garlic soy sauce chicken wings, kimchi hash, and crispy pork belly skewers. Cocktails come both kegged (that's right, kegged cocktails) and shaken up on the spot.

According to its Twitter and Facebook page, the Rabbit Hole will be open from 5-9 p.m. every day this week. Regular hours will be Tuesday through Thursday from 4-10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 4-11 p.m. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
