Last month, the team behind St. Paul's The Strip Club Meat & Fish revealed more details of their upcoming Lowertown restaurant. Today, co-owner Tim Niver tweeted what can only be assumed to be the floor plan and layout of the space with the caption, "...visions of sugarplums dancing in my head".
Niver, along with partners Brad Tetzloff and J.D. Fratzke, said they are planning an intimate European-style restaurant with a party atmosphere which will fill the void for mid-priced, high-quality restaurants in the area. The space is located in Lowertown at the Lofts at Farmers Market. Jes Werkmeister (Birdhouse) and Laurel Elm (La Belle Vie) will be running the restaurant.
They hope to open the 1,800 square foot restaurant in the spring.
