Sociable Cider Werks Now Pouring Beer (No Cider Yet) in Northeast

On Friday, Northeast's Sociable Cider Werks softly opened its taproom to post-Thanksgiving revels. Right now, the taproom is only serving "nano batch beers" (according to its website)—think stout on nitro—and draught root beer. The apple juice for its first round of apple graffs (an apple-based alcohol product that is not quite cider) has been pressed, and they should be ready at the taproom in early January for a full-on opening.

For now, Sociable Cider Werks is open Thursday and Friday from 4-10 p.m. and Saturday from noon-10 p.m.
