Northeast bar and restaurant Psycho Suzi's Motor Lounge is the latest brick n' mortar to add a food truck. The beloved tiki bar debuted its zombie-themed food truck, called Undead Frank's Zombie Bites, over the holiday weekend at its sister bar Donny Dirk's Zombie Den in North Minneapolis, according to Psycho Suzi's Facebook page.
The mobile eatery features some recipes that are no longer at Psycho Suzi's, like the popular Suzi's Minne-Mex Rolls, which are deep fried bites with chicken, cheese, beans and a spicy sauce. Other menu items include prickly pear lemonade and a chicken meltie—chicken slow cooked in beer with green chilies, corn relish and melted aged cheddar and fontina in a tortilla.
The food truck will be at Donny Dirk's Wednesdays through Saturdays from 6 – 9 p.m. You can follow Undead Frank's Zombie Bites on Twitter and Facebook for details.
