Burch Opens Tonight at 5 p.m., Start Ogling the Menu Right Now

James Beard-award winner Isaac Becker's newest restaurant officially opens its doors at 5 p.m. today, but Burch's menu is available for ogling as of now. And get ready to start drooling, because it looks real good. Upstairs, the Burch Steak menu features a raw section and also an entire section devoted to dumplings (bone marrow dumpling, anyone?), as well as four different steaks in three different grades and entrees like lobster schnitzel and a foie boudin blanc with rye spaetzel. Downstairs, the Burch Pizza Bar menu includes eight different pizzas, with the aragosta—lobster claw, baby artichokes, mint, chili flakes, and burrata—lending immediate star pizza power.

Burch will be open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. The phone lines are now open for reservations for tonight; they will also be accepting walk-ins.
