Uptown's Kinsen Noodles and Bar to Close Wednesday

After being open for about a year and a half, Kinsen Noodles and Bar announced on its Facebook page that it will shutter on Wednesday. The restaurant—owned by husband-and-wife team Nuntanit Charoensit and Kong Tiyawat, who also own Kindee Thai in downtown—opened to so-so reviews. The restaurant did not offer any reasons for the close, and there's no news yet on what will happen to the space. After the shutter, Kinsen's chef will move to the kitchen at Kindee Thai.
