Food Trucks

Twin Cities food trucks have started their own organization, the Minnesota Food Truck Association, to respond to criticism of food trucks and also to help the Cities shape food truck policy. The organization formed largely in response to complaints by downtown restaurants, voiced through the recently-formed Downtown Food Committee. Approximately 25 of the 60 licensed Twin Cities food trucks have joined so far. [Star Tribune]
