Food & Wine is adding a popular vote to their annual feature on up-and-coming chefs, with voting in several different geographic regions. Several Minneapolis chefs are in the running for the Midwest: Paul Berglund (The Bachelor Farmer), Thomas Boemer (Corner Table), Mike DeCamp (La Belle Vie), and Jamie Malone (Sea Change). The chef with the most votes at the end of a week of voting will be named F&W's People's Best New Chef for 2013. [Food & Wine]
