After a soft opening yesterday, St. Paul's aptly-named new taqueria Tacos, Nachos & Beer is officially opening its doors today. As the name promises, the menu is focused primarily on—you guessed it—tacos, nachos, and beer, with your choice of 10 tacos ($2.25 - $2.75 each), 4 kinds of nachos ($4.50 each), and 7 beers (6 of which are Mexican beers, $4 each). There's also a breakfast menu and a few extras, like a quesadilla, a cheesy tostada, and homemade salsa.

Tacos, Nachos & Beer is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and for brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
