In Season To Close This Summer, Reopen with New Tasting Menu Concept in the Fall

South Minneapolis restaurant In Season will temporarily shutter this summer, reports Heavy Table. The, ahem, seasonally-driven restaurant is helmed by Don Saunders, who also opened The Kenwood last year. While The Kenwood has received lots of acclaim, In Season is often overlooked. Saunders will reopen the restaurant in the fall with a new name and a new concept: it will be open only on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, for a four-course tasting menu in the $40-$50 range.
