UPTOWN — Juicers, rejoice, there's a new juice bar in town. Truce (it's a mix of "true" and "juice," get it?) is now open at 32nd and Hennepin. They're selling five different kinds of juice for $9 a bottle, like Hardcore Greens (kale, cucumber, spinach, chard, parsley, celery, lemon) and Roots (carrot, ginger, beets, orange). [EaterWire]

ST. PAULCossetta's Pasticceria is now open, completing the Italian emporium that is the Cossetta's Alimentari (also including the casual restaurant, Restaurant Louis, and the market). The Pasticceria—that's Italian for "pastry shop"—serves housemade pastries from apple crumb pie to baci di dama, nutella sandwiched between hazelnut cookies. [EaterWire]

MINNEAPOLIS-WIDEChipotle news! As of last week, the brand is serving their "fancy" margarita at 38 local locations, including its Minneapolis locations. The made-to-order drink replaces their earlier margarita (yes, a margarita's been on the menu all along); it's made with Patron, Cointreau, agave, and lime juice (no pre-made sugar mix) and runs $6.95.
