The French Meadow's new wine bar, Bluestem Bar + Table, doesn't open until Monday, but in the meantime, here's a sneak peek of the interior. The restaurant will offer an organic and sustainable food menu (microgreen flight, anyone?), as well as 75 sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines (yes, the abbreviation is "S.O.B."), 16 tap beers, and 40 canned and bottled beers.
According to a press release, the space was designed by French Meadow co-owner and founder Lynn Gordon, with help from designer Jim Henke and "Feng Shui expert" Andrew Hong.
