Burgeoning chain One Two Three Sushi has opened another new location in Dinkytown, serving its made-to-order sushi, ramen, buns, and more. The first location, in downtown's IDS Tower, has been open for about seven months, and another downtown location in the Retek Building also opened recently. Unlike the downtown locations (which are only open for lunch on weekdays), the Dinkytown location will be open for dinner and also on weekends, with late night options on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
