Travail Pop-Up Will Be Named Umami by Travail

Looks like Travail's got a name for its upcoming pop-up restaurant: Umami by Travail. On the restaurant's Facebook page, they wrote, "What's happening? Umami by Travail is happening!"

The pop-up will open on September 11 and run through at least mid-October, while construction is underway on the new site for Travail and its shared cocktail bar/sandwich spot/small plates restaurant The Rookery. Located in North Minneapolis, the pop-up will be serving Asian street food. Instead of taking reservations, they'll be selling tickets to seatings through an online ticket service, and may also have some walk-in service on weekdays.
