Umami, the Travail Pop-Up, Will Open Next Wednesday

In yet more Travail news this week: to those who have been waiting with bated breath for Umami by Travail, the Travail pop-up, your day has come. The Travailians just announced on their Facebook page that the pop-up passed its health inspection and that they will be open for sure next Wednesday.

The pop-up—which will be located in North Minneapolis—is not taking typical reservations. Instead, there will be an online ticketing system, in which diners buy a ticket to a specific seating which acts as the reservation. There will also be some walk-ins on nights that don't sell out online and some takeout options.
