Chef and Top Chef judge Hugh Acheson paid a visit to Minneapolis's Piccolo last night and ordered the 5-course tasting menu. He posted a shot of the menu on Instagram with the caption: "Really really skilled cooking going on @piccolo_mpls great service. Smart spot." According to a later Twitter post, his selections from the current menu were: parsnip soup, chestnut agnolotti, speck wrapped capon, pigeon, and the yeasted vanilla cake. [Instagram/Twitter]
