New Bohemia Oktoberfest, Northbound Smokehouse Anniversary Party, and More

Looking for something to do this weekend? Here are five choice dining events going on around the Twin Cities:

NewBohemia.jpg1) 1st Annual New Bohemia Oktoberfest
When: Friday through Sunday
Where: New Bohemia
What: The 1st Annual Munich Beer Fest at New Bohemia Wurst+BierHaus brings traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest to Northeast Minneapolis. Ten breweries (including Bad Weather, Lucid, Third Street, and more) and twenty unique types of beer will be available all weekend long. What better to accompany all that beer than some of the finest sausages in Minnesota; from traditional bratwurst to more adventurous flavors like rattlesnake, rabbit, and alligator. Giant soft pretzels, roasted local corn, and traditional Bavarian desserts will round out the edible offerings. For schedules, ticket information, and more, click here.
