This afternoon, St. Paul's Seventh Street Social (no relation to the Eat Street Social/Northeast Social restaurants, hm...) opens its doors on—you guessed it—Seventh Street. Probably St. Paul's most-anticipated fall opening, the restaurant promises comfort food in the form of pot roast and skillet lobster pot pie (says Mpls.St.Paul Magazine's Stephanie March) and home-baked burger buns.

At least at the beginning, Seventh Street Social will be open from 4 p.m. to midnight every day. They're also looking to add a weekend brunch after things get underway.
