Restaurants rarely open on time. It's even more seldom that a restaurant under microscopic media scrutiny doesn't hit a few bumps in the road towards success. That has not been the case for Gavin Kaysen. Other than a last minute name change, his erstwhile Merchant will be open to the public on Sunday November 16th. Reservations will be available beginning November 10th.
