Gavin Kaysen's Spoon and Stable has released the first dinner menu guests can expect to experience once the restaurant opens on Sunday November 16th. Divided by Garden, Pasta, Sea, Chilled, Land and Sides, the dishes are humbly described like the "dill cured salmon with roasted beets, horseradish, orange and fennel." Ingredients are straightforward and allowed to shine without benefit of culinary acrobatics, as observed on a recent preview visit.

Prices are affordable, from $8 for a salad to $11 for a small serving of pasta with the skirt steak topping out at $33.
Reservations will be taken beginning on Monday, November 10th, through the restaurant's website for up to 60 days in advance.
