The owners of uber-popular food truck Hola Arepa, Birk Stefan Grudem and Christina Nguyen, have signed a lease for an Hola Arepa brick n' mortar, reports City Pages. While Grudem and Nguyen aren't sharing the exact address yet (it will supposedly go public on Tuesday, once they have keys in hand), Nguyen told City Pages that it seats 55-60 inside and will also have patio seating. They will be serving happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch, and will also have a full liquor license. The truck will still be serving up arepas downtown and at Minneapolis farmer's markets, at least until the brick n' mortar opens.
