Rock n' roll kitsch chain restaurant the Hard Rock Cafe will be opening a 400-seat restaurant in the Mall of America, according to the Star Tribune's Rick Nelson. The restaurant formerly had a location in downtown Minneapolis, which was open from 2002 to 2011.
Nelson also points out that hopefully the return of the Hard Rock Cafe will also mean the return of Prince's guitar, which was part of the memorabilia collection in the downtown Minneapolis Hard Rock. According to the Mpls.St.Paul Business Journal, the MOA outlet should be opening sometime this summer.
