After quite possibly the longest winter ever, spring is finally here with the official opening of Minnehaha Park's beloved seafood stand Sea Salt Eatery. The po' boy/taco/sandwich/oyster spot actually opened quietly last night, but the official opening was today at 11 a.m., so get over there quick if you want to beat the lines for fried calamari, peel-and-eat shrimp, fried scallop tacos, crab cake sandwiches, and more from their menu (plus, specials change daily and are listed on the website's homepage).

Sea Salt is open every day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Its closing date this year is listed as October 15.
