Now officially open in downtown Minneapolis, Brasserie Zentral has a focus on continental European food, and an interior to match. The second restaurant from Meritage's Russell and Desta Klein is filled with burgundy booths, dark wood chairs and accents, gold paneling, and some serious stemware, the space is clearly destined to be the new power lunch hotspot in downtown. Yellow walls and lots of light brighten up the space, which includes lots of other slightly Old World details, from the light fixtures to the art to the large clock above the bar.
