1) Haute Dish and Goose Island Beer Dinner
When: Monday, 6 & 8:30 p.m.
Where: Haute Dish
What: Haute Dish and Chicago's Goose Island Brewing are teaming up to bring a five-course dinner to the North Loop restaurant. Menu items include spicy blue prawns with avocado and a smoked pork belly with brown butter and ginger. There are two seating times and spots are limited. 2) Eat Street Social Pierre Ferrand Cocktail Dinner
When: Wednesday, 7 p.m.
Where: Eat Street Social
What: Eat Street Social and Pierre Ferrand are teaming up to bring a five-course dinner to the Nicollet Ave restaurant. Head bartenders Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz recently visited France to sample various spirits. The cocktail dinner is inspired by their journey. Call to make reservations. 3) Bradstreet Craftshouse 5-Year Anniversary
When: Sunday, 7 p.m.
Where: Bradstreet Crafthouse Restaurant
What: Bradhouse celebrates their five-year anniversary. They're bringing in alumni of the craft-house to showcase spirits and cocktails. A new punch menu is set to debut and there will be a sneak peek of that. Price of ticket includes drinks as well as small bites. Tickets are running low but can be purchased here.
4) Harriet Brewing Sol Bock Revival
When: Saturday, 1 p.m.
Where: Harriet Brewing Co
What: Harriet is throwing an all-day party in honor of the return of the German-style Maibock, Sol Bock. Music kicks-off at 1 p.m. and continues throughout the day. Other Harriet beers will of course be available at the taproom (including some from their sour series). Trucks AZ Canteen, Potter's Pasties, and Dandelion Kitchen will be on site for grub. 5) Chowgirls Sustainability Session: The Importance of Grass Fed Beef
When: Monday, 7 p.m.
Where: Chowgirls Catering
What: The Chowgirls THRIVE series is a place to talk about sustainability, food, agriculture, and beer. A light snack is provided with a chance to purchase local beer from rotating breweries.
