Gavin Kaysen—executive chef of one-star Michelin restaurant Café Boulud in New York City (and future returning chef)—dined at the highly anticipated-turned highly talked about Uptown spot, Heyday on Wednesday. Kaysen tweeted, "They have been open for two days...run, don't walk to @heydaympls - @Jimmuhx [chef Jim Christiansen] is really creating thoughtful cooking."
