Is Parasole Closing Cafeteria for a Tim McKee Revamp?

Last week, Twin Cities dining mega-giant Parasole sent out a survey asking diners to name an upcoming Uptown restaurant/bar, but little other information about the project was available. But yesterday, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine's Stephanie March not only reported that James Beard Award-winning chef Tim McKee (of La Belle Vie and Sea Change) will be in charge, but also floated the idea that the restaurant will be located in what is currently the Uptown Cafeteria & Support Group space. March spoke to McKee and said:

He would not confirm nor deny the actual location, but if it's not revealed as an overhaul of the flagging Cafeteria space, I will eat my lip balm.

One thing is for sure: the restaurant is targeting a specific Uptown age demographic. A 45-year-old commenter says that Parasole would not let her take the survey because she's over the age of 44. The survey responded: "You fall outside of the target age range for our new restaurant concept. We appreciate your consideration."
