This afternoon, Burning Brothers Brewery opens its taproom doors in St. Paul's Central Corridor. The brewery is the only dedicated gluten-free brewery in the Midwest and focuses solely on gluten free beer. At the opening tonight, they'll just be serving up one brew: Pyro, their American Pale Ale (which they also distribute in cans). They are working on bringing up their other recipes to the taproom soon. The taproom will be less bar-like than some other taprooms and remain more of a production facility that also pours pints.

Burning Brother's regular taproom hours will be 4-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday and noon-5 p.m. on Saturday.
