Bogart's Doughnut Co. Officially Open at 36th & Bryant

After quietly (or maybe not so quietly) opening on Wednesday, long-awaited Bogart's Doughnut Co. is officially, officially open as of this morning. The store is the brick n' mortar for owner Anne Rucker, who has been selling her doughnuts and baked goods at the Kingfield farmer's market. She is known for flavors like nutella-filled and lavender cake; the doughnuts are priced with a hole ($2) and without a hole ($3). They're also brewing their own Bogart blend of coffee, roasted by local coffee spot Roundtable Coffee Works.

According to the Bogart's Doughnut website, the dough has to be made a day in advance, which means that limited batches of the doughnuts will be made each day, and when the store runs out, it's out. (If you want a larger number of doughnuts, you can order them ahead of time.) Doughnuts are available Tuesday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until sold out and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. until sold out.
