Over at Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, Stephanie March has a sneak peek of the menu for Tim McKee's upcoming Uptown spot Libertine. The word "steakhouse" has been much used to describe the new restaurant (which will go in the former Cafeteria space), but March says "gastropub" seems more accurate to her. The menu itself includes lots of rarely seen cuts of beef, a pork "bacon chop", an oyster section, and lots more. [Foodie File]
