Modern Midwestern cuisine restaurant Haute Dish will transform into a BBQ pop-up later this month. The restaurant will be renaming itself as HauteQue Soul Hut for four days, from Monday, June 23, to Thursday, June 26, changing its entire menu and redecorating the restaurant "to recreate the look, feel and cuisine of an authentic Southern BBQ joint right in the heart of Minneapolis." Yesterday, the menu was revealed on Haute Dish's Facebook page.
The North Loop restaurant's BBQ menu makeover is broken down by starters, meat, sides, and sauces (with a few recipes courtesy of pop-up pro, chef Erik Anderson). According to Haute Dish's Facebook page, reservations are still available as of yesterday but limited and "filling up fast".
