In its quickly expanding burger takeover of the Twin Cities, burger spot/upcoming burger chain Red Cow opened its second location today, this one in St. Paul's Cathedral Hill neighborhood. The menu is the exact same as Red Cow's first location, which opened in Minneapolis in early 2013, featuring 16 kinds of burgers (with the patty ranging from elk to ahi tuna), tons of beer on tap, weekend brunch, and more. A third Red Cow location is slated to open in the North Loop next February.

Red Cow St. Paul is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to midnight.
