Over at Heavy Table, they've got a review of the new-ish Ramen Mondays at Seward's Unideli. The restaurant (which is located within United Noodles) is usually closed for dinner, but since March, it has been open on Monday nights from 5-7 p.m. for full-time employees Sophear Ek and Jason Dorweiler to make six different kinds of ramen (plus Korean chicken wings), including tonkotsu black ramen with caramelized onions and black garlic oil and shio yuzu kosh ramen with yuzu peels and pork cheek.
