This fourth dish throws a shellfish-on-a-stick-curveball into meat on a stick power hour. But it is called The Strip Club Meat & Fish, after all, serving up dishes like shrimp scampi, steelhead trout, and squid ink fettucini alongside the 10 oz. New York strip. Plus the occasional fish/shellfish-on-a-stick item like this one, grilled shrimp with wakame seaweed salad and hoisin sauce.
