Haven't heard about the foodie event of the season? Cured & Crafted is an all-out culinary battle to see which top Minneapolis chef can create the most 'hamazing' dish featuring Prosciutto di Parma and pair it with a libation from one of the city's finest craft breweries. Chefs will compete for the honor of being crowned Minneapolis' "King of Parma" by the evening's esteemed judges; and there will also be a People's Choice winner, decided by votes cast via social media.
Attendees will have a chance to sample bites from a selection of the top restaurants in the Twin Cities, meet their favorite local chefs, and sip quality brews all night. And, of course, the event will feature an on-site tattoo artist to give real live tattoos of the Parma Crown to anyone in the market for a free leg of Prosciutto di Parma. Those in need of a little liquid courage may sip specialty cocktails concocted from local spirits by some of the city's best mixologists.
