Ramen Bicycle Delivery; Solar Panels at Birchwood Cafe

SEWARD— Now you can find a solar panel on the roof of Birchwood Cafe. This comes as part of a Kickstarter-backed expansion project, and the restaurant joins Tiny Diner and Pat's Tap in the ranks of solar-powered area eateries. [MSPBJ]

DELIVERY WIRE— Bicycle delivery is now available from United Noodle's UniDeli. During this trial run, ramen is available by bike in around 30 minutes to residents of Seward, Longfellow, and University of Minnesota's campus on evenings from Thursday through Sunday. [MSPBJ]
