Smashburger plans to open an outpost in Burnsville. A development company submitted plans to expand the Men's Warehouse currently in the building and add the burger chain as a second tenant. If approved, this will be the 11th location of the Denver-based restaurant in Minneapolis. Meanwhile, seven franchised Dunkin' Donuts locations will open in Duluth. [MSPBJ]
