Saint Paul can still see fireworks but over at the State Capitol mall rather than Harriet Island so keep that in mind. Minneapolis tradition Red, White, and Boom takes place this weekend with tons of food and family friendly activities. The World Cup knockout round continues over the weekend and here are our picks for the best places to watch.
