A new fermentation bar, GYST, plans to open at the corner of 26th and 1st, and it's crowdfunding the process. It'll serve "artisanal cheese plates, craft beer and wine, mouthwatering sandwiches, pickle plates, charcuterie, yogurt creations, chocolate, and coffee, as well as other specialty fermented products."
