The Bachelor Farmer Kräftskiva, Cured + Crafted

When: Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m.
Where: The Bachelor Farmer
What: The Bachelor Farmer's annual block party returns for its 3rd year. Kräftskiva, a traditional Swedish crayfish party, shuts down the restaurant and Marvel Bar and takes over the street next to the building. There will be chilled crayfish, TBF meatballs, sweet corn, Fulton beer, drinks by Marvel Bar, live music and so much more at the event. Check out TBF's Facebook event page for more information.

museeventmpls.jpg2) Cured + Crafted: A Prosciutto di Parma Tasting & Craft Beer Pairing
When: Thursday, 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Where: Muse Event Center
What: Tonight is your chance to go hog wild, to ham it up, and other porky phrases. Local chefs including Sarah Master, Stewart Woodman, and Landon Schoenfeld pair prosciutto laden dishes with local craft beers like Bauhaus, Bent Paddle, Indeed, and more. Sip, nosh, and socialize while listening to music or get a Parma tattoo and take home a whole leg of prosciutto. For tickets and details, click here.

When: Sunday, 2 to 8 p.m.
Where: Red Stag Supperclub
What: The Red Stag and The Growler magazine have teamed up for the annual block party and will debut four collaboration beers from eight Minnesota breweries. When: August 1-3
Where: Hennepin Ave & W Lake St
What: The annual tradition is back in its 51st year. The three-day street festival promises art, music, food trucks (including Andrew Zimmern's Canteen and Rusty Taco), beer and wine garden, a culinary arts competition, and so much more. When: August 5-9
Where: Modern Cafe
What: Tuesday kicks off a week-long celebration of Modern Cafe's 20th anniversary. Each day, a past chef (including Scott Pampuch and charcuterie master Mike Phillips) and will present a five-course prix fixe menu at the cafe. The week rounds out with a special anniversary menu and music from a couple DJs. For more information and chef lineup, click here.

Peanut Butter & Jam is back with live music and free Izzy's ice cream (Saturday, noon to 9 p.m.). Riverfront Fest returns with food trucks, craft beer, and River Rats (Friday, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.). Lucid Brewing has beer, food, and music at its BFD Party (Saturday, 2 to 8 p.m.). Get shucked on National Oyster Day by hitting up The Lowry for deals on bivalves (Tuesday). Caffetto Coffee Shop is hosting its 7th Annual Arts & Crafts Fair (Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Lowertown's Public Kitchen + Bar officially opens on Monday. Make note! Pop-ups are a-coming: Erik Anderson/Jamie Malone venture Brut is holding pop-ups throughout August and is now taking reservations.
