Sisyphus Brewing Taproom, Le Town Talk, More Opening

1) Resurrections: East Lake Street's Town Talk Diner, closed since January 2011, will reopen this September. New owners Emilie Cellai and Ben Johnson will serve classic French and Italian comfort food recipes with a modern twist and are rebranding the restaurant to Le Town Talk French Diner & Drinkery. The space will see some changes and the menu will include crepes, a herb-heavy Marseilles burger, stews, salads, sandwiches, and desserts like chocolate mousse and tarte tatin. 2707 East Lake Street.

2) Beer Here: On July 11, Sisyphus Brewing Co. will open its taproom and microbrewery. The owners crowdfunded a mural and hope to bring an events space to the facilities if all goes well with the taproom. 712 Ontario Avenue West.

3) St. Louis Park: With 120 seats inside and a patio, Blackstone Bistro is coming soon to a vacant space in the Excelsior & Grand development. Chef Sharif Wagdy Mobasher will open the restaurant after opening two in Cairo. 3808 Grand Way.
