Tim Niver shared the location of the forthcoming Saint Dinette today. Tim Niver along with co-owner and chef J.D. Fratzke have struggled to find a home for their second restaurant. After previous plans fell through, the two continued to move forward with plans to expand despite the lack of an address. They have hosted pop-ups inside their other restaurant, The Strip Club Meat & Fish and hired staff including Laurel Elm who will run the front of house and chef de cuisine Adam Eaton.
Despite the difficulties to find a room that would fit their ideal for the restaurant, the Saint Dinette team always remained loyal to St. Paul. Today's address reveal has them opening inside Lowertown.
Saint Dinette will open at the corner of East 5th Street and Wall Street, kitty corner from the St. Paul Farmer's Market. The restaurant will make its home inside the Rayette Lofts, 261 East 5th Street Saint Paul.
