The cooler weather holds promise of late fall, when we'll finally get our taste of Merchant, the forthcoming restaurant of New York City transplant Gavin Kaysen. Kaysen was the long-time chef de cuisine at the Michelin-starred Cafe Boulud under the world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud.
According to the website, Merchant will have two private dining spaces, a full dining room and bar inside the building, a former horse stable. There is also a video introduction to the Kaysen's dream for his restaurant.
