Sassy Spoon Stirring Up Permanent Location At Former 3 Tiers Address

It's the season where the leaves are falling, the temperatures promise shorter days and the food trucks are planning hibernation. Another mobile food vendor has found a new permanent home. Sassy Spoon, the bright pink truck run by Tamara Brown specializing in gluten-free, whole foods will soon be serving meals inside the address that was recently known as 3 Tiers Bakery. Before beginning her culinary career Brown was a registered dietician. Sassy Spoon announced the news over Twitter. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reports that Brown will continue to operate the truck part-time through December and hopes to have the restaurant ready to open before the end of the year.
